300gr sliced bacon
300gr pumpkin
150gr asparagus
50ml vegetable broth
sage
rosemary
thyme
EVOO; salt and pepper

1 hour 30 minutes - 85°C - 100% steam - fan 4 

COOKING PUMPKIN (sous-vide)
12 minutes - 85°C - 100% steam - fan 4 

COOKING ASPARAGUS
7 minutes - 85°C - 100% steam - fan 4
