Leading this initiative is Kyle Coleman, Unox’s new Active Marketing Chef (AMC) for the Southwest. With two decades of experience in food operations and culinary consulting, Kyle has worked with major retailers like Whole Foods and Sprouts Farmers Market, as well as industry leaders such as Dansons, Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, and TurboChef.
As AMC, Kyle will work directly with foodservice operators to help them fully utilize Unox’s cutting-edge cooking solutions. He will lead Individual Cooking Experiences and Top-Training sessions, providing hands-on demonstrations and in-depth expertise to enhance kitchen efficiency and consistency.
